You’re engaged, congratulations! Now lets help you take your next step in your bridal journey!

• We advise our brides to start looking for your wedding dress around 12-15 months before your wedding, see our FAQ’S for more in depth details about dress lead times.
• We operate by appointment only, so choose a date and time that suits you via our easy booking system. Once your appointment is booked you can sit back and look forward to your experience with us!
• On the day of your appointment please leave makeup/tan to a minimum to avoid marking our gowns! Try to wear nude undies if possible and everything else we’ve got covered for you!
• Bring with you any inspo that you have saved! From Instagram photo’s to Pinterest boards, we LOVE them all and it helps to give us an idea of dress styles you’re liking. If you don’t have this ready then don’t worry, our team are experts in Bridal and many of our brides walk away with a dress that we pick for them!
• We have tea/coffee, bubbles and tissues for your bride tribe, meaning that your 1.5 hour private experience with us has everything you will all need.
• Dresses take around 6-8 months to arrive once ordered, but don’t worry if your wedding is sooner, we have access to free stock which enables your dress to arrive quickly and we also have plenty of rail dresses available to take away on the day of your appointment!
• Once you have purchased your wedding dress, you’ll need to contact your chosen seamstress from our recommended seamstress list that we provide in your order confirmation pack. Contact them ASAP as through peak wedding season they can get booked up very quickly.

• Once your wedding dress arrives in store we will contact you to arrange you coming in to try your very own gown on!
• Here we can go through veils and/or accessories that you may want to purchase, or you can bring along anything you have already bought to try on altogether with your dress.
• You will take your dress away with you at this appointment! Your dress will be well protected in a breathable dress bag and hanger, ready for you to store in a safe space whilst you wait for your first fitting.
• We advise you to hang your dress in a wardrobe or lay it flat on a bed, away from any damp, smoke, bright sunlight or pets. Your seamstress will look after your dress for you after your first fitting, while she works on your alterations.

• If you find your perfect dress with us, we will give you a pack in your bridal goody bag with a list of our best seamstresses in the Staffordshire area. Get in touch with them as soon as you have found the one to get yourself booked in with them well in advance.
• You can choose one of our recommended seamstresses or go with your own choice, and work around a date and time with them that best suits you.
• Take to your fittings with you your wedding dress, bridal shoes and one or two of your closest family or friends.
• Keep makeup to a minimum at your fitting appointments as this is YOUR wedding dress and the last thing you want is tan or make-up marking your beautiful gown!
