Gayle was so helpful throughout the choosing and fitting process. I was torn between a few dresses and she was so patient and accommodating and encouraged me to keep putting each back on and never gave any sense of time restriction. She never limited how many people could come with me and was always enthusiastic! She also had so many ideas with regards to accessories and shoes and made sure that the shop had enough to choose from. I loved all my fittings there as they made me feel special.

I saw my perfect dress on the internet and contacted Gayle who booked me an appointment quickly. I tried on a few dresses but nothing compared to the dress I had seen. Due to health reasons I was no longer able to use my original dress and with 5 days to go to the wedding I was panicking and accepted I would have to settle for something. BUT I was wrong, yesterday I received the best customer service I have ever received and Gayle honestly was the most helpful lady and helped get me in with short notice trying on dresses and kept in contact and had dresses ready and waiting for me. Having the most hideous scar on my neck, I was so nervous going for my first fitting after having my operation... but Gayle made it perfect and made me feel amazing.
