Having the most hideous scar on my neck, I was so nervous going for my first fitting after having my operation... but Gayle made it perfect and made me feel amazing. Visited the boutique yesterday. Due to health reasons I was no longer able to use my original dress and with 5 days to go to the wedding I was panicking and accepted I would have to settle for something. BUT I was wrong, yesterday I received the best customer service I have ever received and Gayle honestly was the most helpful lady and helped get me in with short notice trying on dresses and kept in contact and had dresses ready and waiting for me. Both Gayle & Cath were absolutely fantastic and took a genuine interest in my plans. They helped me find my dream dress!! And quite quickly for me as I’m so indecisive usually!!
